Introduction

I received my bachelor’s degree in Applied chemistry, Shandong Agricultural University and master’s degree in Optics, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. My research interest focuses on semiconductor processes, including coating, etching, photolithography, while the characterization of materials. My hobbies are photography, traveling and crafts.
